 General information
GPS coordinates : take off : 40°57'16" (40.9546)N; 20°48'44" (20.8124)E - Elevation : 1578 m.
landing : 40°55'31" (40.9255)N; 20°46'25" (20.7738)E - Elevation : 689 m.
Take off : Large take-off below the road.
Landing : Relatively tight landing on the side of Lake Ohrid either on the 'beach' or parallel to it with high trees to the left.
Going there : From the town of Ohrid head south down the side of Lake Ohrid (East shore - the other side is in Albania). Take the turning to Crespo(spelling). The take off is at the view point below the crash barrier.
Comments : Fantastic site with great views over Ohrid, perfect for Acro, and late PM soaring. XC potential for 40+K. Strong winds in the middle of the day, great for HG, but PG get their share of the day as well! Spectacular vistas. Land on the beach, and take a swim.
Weather hazards : strong winds, carefull!
