A work in progress to make a simple map based collaborative database of paragliding sites, clubs and pros worldwide.

What you can find here for the moment (as of jun. 2018)

Fullscreen mobile-friendly map showing all pgEarth paragliding sites, pros and clubs as you pan and zoom
Search on flying sites or cities names
Sites details and pictures, clubs and pros
Sites maps: showing site details : main landings and parkings, but also alternate ones for sites with multiple takeoffs and/or landings...
Register/Log in + add + edit information about sites, clibs, pros.
PgEarth is editable again !! Login and help us get the most up to date data !
Former pgEarth members who had a valid email along with their account can use the "forgot your password?" feature in order to login to the new site.
Export to gpx: export sites in the viewport into a "gpx" file.

takeoff
landing	Official landing in Grono, Stand di Tiro.
weather	Flyable by normal alpine southend conditions. If you don't know what do to / whether to go or not, please contact us!
rules	Please check the swiss DABS. https://www.skybriefing.com/portal/it/dabs Possible temporal restrictions due to military training. Only land on the indicated spots!
access	This is a very nice spot for summer / autumn flights, where you normally get inversion in the low end of the atmosphere. The take off is situated over the 2000m. Hike time from Braggio is about 2h - 1000m height difference. To reach it: From Grono take the bus direction Rossa. Stop at Arvigo. Take the cablecar to Braggio. Walk direction Alp de Fora. Once reached Alp de Fora, there is an unofficial path that starts right in front of you when you sit on the bank beneath the House of Alp de Fora. You can barely see it, but once reached the start, it is normally a very easy path. It is not the path that goes straight direction south. If you take that one, you'll never reach Piz di Rüss. Follow the path until you reach a little pile of stones, which is there to show you the right way. From there head left toward the mountain side and hike up the grass (there is a little path if you carefully look for it). Continue to hike up and you'll reach Piz di Rüss.
